Joe started working with BC Solutions in October 2023 after 2 years of Multifamily software support and over 5 years of on-site residential experience.
Joe has direct experience working all positions on site in multifamily, which gives him the knowledge and experience of the day-to-day operations of property management and what impacts all stakeholders.
Joe has significant residential multifamily front-end user experience including Centralized Leasing Office (CLO), processing invoices, screening applicants, processing and maintaining resident payments and ledgers, as well as creating and maintaining multiple property budgets.
He is also fluent in Yardi Voyager support experience with residential focus, including affordable housing support with HAP ledger audits, posting consolidated receipts, IR/AR Letter Updates, and RentCafe CRM and SiteManager support. He has further knowledge in RentCafe CRM CLO and Conversations functionality testing and implementation as well as portfolio-wide implementation of new systems and features regarding ID and Income Verification, as well as assistance in new property and acquisition builds and dispositions with accuracy and timeliness.
