Marina Prestenbach joined BC Solutions in 2026 after an 18-year career as a successful commercial real estate accountant and Yardi power user. She brings extensive experience managing full-cycle accounting operations for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use portfolios across multiple markets.
Marina has a strong background in financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, multi-entity accounting, and lease administration. Her work has consistently supported owners, asset managers, and property management teams with accurate reporting and practical operational insight.
Her deep technical expertise with Yardi Voyager, along with platforms such as AppFolio, SAP, and other industry systems, allows her to bridge accounting operations with system optimization. Marina's hands-on experience across development, construction, and property management environments strengthens her ability to help clients streamline processes, improve internal controls, and enhance financial performance.
