Holly is a senior consultant based in Austin, TX, with over 6 years of Yardi experience and over 9 years of database management experience. Within the real estate industry, her particular interest lies in housing policy and how it affects real-world community outcomes. Holly's specialization is in Voyager and its backend functionality, with particular strengths in SQL, YSR, ETL, and Task Runner.

Prior to entering the proptech industry, Holly worked as an automotive database consultant in the Washington, DC area, where she learned SQL and the foundations of client relations. She started her proptech career with RPM Living, moving to Austin and hitting the ground running with their Software Support team. Focusing her attention mainly on acquisitions and management changes, Holly assisted RPM with entering the NMHC's top 50 managers—and then reaching the top 10—over the course of 3 years' tenure. From RPM, Holly transitioned back to consulting, honing her technical and relationship skills on Eng Flanders Group's Programming team for 3.5 years. Now, at BC Solutions, Holly assists with implementations and custom reporting, and acts as a Residential escalation point within the organization's collaborative environment.

Holly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh twice, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Studio Art from the Dietrich School, and a Master of Public Administration in Urban Affairs and Planning from SPIA. Her thesis explored the implications of mortgage redlining in the United States, which helped launch her interest in the real estate industry. Holly is a certified LEED Green Associate, and is currently working toward a post-graduate certificate focused on efficient utilization of AI and Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business.
