Ben joined BC Solutions in 2026 as Director of Sales after seven years at Yardi, where he sold Voyager and its ancillary products to NMHC Top 50 owners and operators and rose from Senior Account Executive to Regional Manager, Multifamily. He later returned to Yardi as a Director, leading a mid-market sales team.
At BC Solutions, Ben leads sales across every platform and asset class the firm serves. He works with owners and operators from the first conversation through a signed agreement, defines the scope with the consultant who will deliver it, and makes sure the plan reflects what the client's business needs before any configuration begins.
Ben has spent most of his career on the vendor side of property management software. He brings a detailed understanding of how platforms are sold, how implementations are priced and staffed, and where systems most often underperform after go-live. That perspective allows him to assess fit early and to set realistic expectations for scope, timeline and outcome.
Before BC Solutions, Ben was Vice President of Sales at SmartRent, where he led a national team and launched new products into the multifamily and single-family rental markets. He built channel partnerships as Director of Business Development at SBA Communications, an S&P 500 wireless infrastructure REIT, and led Residential National Accounts for Lowe's. Earlier, he sold for Zillow and G5 (now RealPage), brought an AI-powered enterprise search product to pharmaceutical R&D teams at Blue Reference, and co-founded Alterra Investments, a land development company.
Ben holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
