About Ben

Ben joined BC Solutions in 2025 after 7 years at Yardi, where he managed successful Multifamily, Condo/Coop, and Breeze Premier teams during his tenure. He was recognized as the #1 sales leader across Yardi's mid-market, multifamily segment in 2024, helping dozens of real estate organizations evaluate and implement Yardi while ensuring that the sought-after value was captured by the client organizations.

At BC Solutions, Ben oversees company operations, with special focus around expanding new business relationships, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and optimizing internal processes to scale.

Ben combines outside-the-box creative problem solving with a relentless, systematic execution. He has seen the industry from multiple vantage points through his career. In addition to his experience as a technology provider, he has deep knowledge of capital syndication, deal evaluation and investment structures, having participated as a general partner at AW Hopewell Properties on a handful of commercial opportunities.

Prior to returning to the U.S. in 2016, Ben cofounded Propertyshelf, a Latin-American based prop-tech company offering MLS and marketing services. From 2011-2012 he served as CFO, guiding the company through early-stage seed funding, product development, and go-to-market. He later led the company's expansion into Ecuador, securing the licensing partnership and later, winning exclusive rights as Move, Inc's listing syndication partner realtor.com for Ecuador-based real estate listings.

Ben earned his Masters in Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and his BA in Philosophy and Literature from Queens University.
